A: Check-in time is 3pm and check-out is noon
Q: Do you allow smoking in the hotel?
A: No, we are 100% non-smoking, the only place you may smoke is in the parking lot area.
Q: How much do you charge for high speed wi-fi internet access?
A: no charge
Q: Do you have a fitness center? What kind of equipment does it have and what are the hours?
A: Yes, our fitness center is open from 6am-10pm every day. There is a Treadmill, Eliptical bike, Full body vibration machine as well as Weight Machine
Q: Do you offer room service? What are the hours?
A: The Restaurant on Property "Blue Prynt" will deliver to our guest rooms from 12pm-9pm Monday-Saturday.
Q: Do you have a business center?
A: There are two computer stations with printers in our lobby
Q: Do you have ADA accessible rooms?
A: We have a total of 5 ADA accessible rooms, 3 with king size beds, 2 with 2 twin beds. All have roll in showers. Recommend reserving in advance.
Q: Can I have a package shipped to the hotel?
A: We have no storage space, so If you are attending a conference or trade show, please have your packages and convention materials mailed directly to the convention site. Individual guests may have "a" package mailed to hotel, please be sure that your package/letter has your name and arrival date marked clearly on it.
Q: Where can I access an ATM?
A: The closest ATM is 2 block from the hotel on 12th and J street.
Q: What amenities are included in the rate?
A: Each guest room has a small refrigerator and microwave, as well as the usual amenities, free Wi-Fi, free parking and a wonderful free continental breakfast that includes scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, gravy and biscuits, homemade waffles, assorted breads and Danish, as well as a yogurt bar, fresh fruit, juices and coffees.

A: The breakfast room is located on the first floor and the hours are from 6am-9:30am

A: The hotel does not have a shuttle, however we recommend Super Shuttle (1800blue-van) the charge a flat rate, at this time the rate is $14.00 per person one way.

A: A taxi will cost from $33-45 Supper Shuttle $14.00 pp the airport is approximately 11 miles from the hotel, 20 minutes from the hotel depending on traffic

A: The hotel has a limited number of roll-away and cribs, for your use, on a first come first serve basis, complimentary
